These general conditions apply to all offers, contracts and deliveries of services by GraphX Media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All quotations are non-binding, unless expressly stated otherwise.
A contract is concluded upon written acceptance by the client of GraphX Media's quotation.
Payment must be made in full before design work begins.
We strive to process refunds as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to your account within 5-7 business days. Please note that the actual processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Delivery of digital products is via email, with a reference to Google Drive for file access.
Customers can submit revisions via Google Drive. Revisions are included in the service, provided they are within the agreed terms and time limits.
Unless otherwise agreed, GraphX Media retains all intellectual property rights related to the delivered designs until full payment of the invoices.
After full payment, GraphX Media transfers the user rights to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
GraphX Media retains the right to use the designs for its own promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Changes to the original design are possible, but may result in an adjusted quotation.
Additional work not included in the original agreement will be invoiced separately.
GraphX Media shall not be liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages, lost profits and damages due to business stagnation.
GraphX Media's liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid by the client for the job in question.
Complaints about delivered services should be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery.
If a complaint is justified, GraphX Media will repair or replace the service free of charge.
Dutch law applies to all agreements between the client and GraphX Media.
Disputes arising from the contract will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where GraphX Media is based.
